What is Asterisko AI?

Asterisko AI is B2B software for developer teams running preconstruction buyer operations. It connects the current buyer and unit context across the systems a project already uses, then coordinates permissioned workflows around documents, payments, buyer questions, closing readiness, and delivery.

It is not the Asterisk telephony project, an advertising or marketing-agent platform, a broker, lender, or provider of legal, tax, or investment advice. Asterisko AI is operated by Propty Holdings LLC.

Who we serve

Asterisko is built for developers and homebuilders with active buyer populations, and for the sales administration, customer care, finance, and closing teams behind each sale. We are starting in Alberta, Canada, with builders in Calgary and Edmonton, and also serve developers in the United States and, in Spanish, Latin America.

The problem we work on

After a buyer reserves or signs, the work for that buyer spreads across the CRM, the ERP, document storage, email, and spreadsheets. Each system is right about its own data, but no one owns the connections: a missing document, an instalment that is due, a possession date that moved, a question that has not been answered.

Asterisko keeps one persistent context per buyer and unit across those systems, runs the routine follow-up through approved workflows, and turns every disagreement or exception into an owned task for a person. The systems of record stay the source of truth.

How a pilot starts

Pilots are scoped to one project or community so the team can compare against a baseline. A typical sequence:

1. Baseline. Record incomplete buyer files, open buyer questions, payment follow-ups, and homes approaching possession that are not ready.
2. Connect. Connect the existing CRM and ERP, read-only by default, and agree which system owns each fact.
3. Configure policy. Approve message templates, approved answers, escalation owners, and the topics that always go to a person.
4. Run and review. Start with document follow-up and status questions, review every exception, and decide what to extend based on the baseline.

Does Asterisko replace our CRM or ERP?

No. Asterisko connects to the CRM and ERP a developer already uses and keeps them as the source of truth. It coordinates the work between them for each buyer and unit.

Does Asterisko make approval, pricing, or financing decisions?

No. Asterisko is not a broker, lender, or legal, tax, or investment advisor. Anything outside an approved policy, including prices, possession dates, funds, and legal questions, stops for an authorized person.
